Both Yanbu and Abha projects are flagship entertainment destinations under SEVEN’s nationwide strategy, showcasing multimillion riyal investments, global collaborators (Gensler, Warner, Hasbro), and high-profile contractors — aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Investment Value: ~SAR 1.1 billion (~USD 290 million)

Key Attractions:
• Carnival-themed family entertainment centre (rides, Clip ‘n Climb)
• 10-screen cinema, 10-lane bowling, indoor adventure golf, plus retail & dining
