Marassi Bay

Scope of Work:
CSI is the Commissioning Authority (CxA) for all MEP and ELV/ICT systems. CSI shall act on behalf of the Client to plan, manage, verify, and document the commissioning process for all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and ELV/ICT systems.

The CxA’s role is to ensure that all systems are designed, installed, tested, and operate according to the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), design intent, and applicable codes/standards.

Project Size: Designed to house approximately 196 apartments across 10 floors.

Marassi Bay is perfectly positioned for beach access, with the extensive beachfront promenade just a short walk away. The complex is surrounded by lush, verdant gardens that create an oasis of calm and frame the infinity pool, barbecue pit, and multifunction areas.
