Scope of Work:
CSI is the Commissioning Management (CxM) consultant working for BKGCC, ensuring that all building systems and equipment of the Tier 3 Data Center are designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained in accordance with the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), industry standards, and Tier 3 certification criteria (Uptime Institute or equivalent).

Sahayeb Data Park and Sahayeb Datacenters are owned by Saudi Data Center Fund 1, a private investment fund regulated under the laws of the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia, in partnership with Al Moammar Information Systems, a publicly listed company on the Saudi Stock Exchange, serving as its technical partner.
